Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant

Location: Linton

We are a leading educational agency specializing in providing quality support to schools and students. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Agency Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to students and teachers in primaryand secondary schools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students in need.
- Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and materials.
- Help students with academic and behavioural challenges in the classroom.
- Supervise students during independent work and recreational activities.
- Support the implementation of educational programs and individualized learning plans.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to student success.
