Land Referencing Lead

**Team Overview**
Within Savills UK, our Infrastructure Group provide a full suite of end to end support to development projects throughout the UK for a wide variety of clients including, road, rail, water, electricity and energy sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resource and team management
- Delivery management including day to day management of land referencers and administrators
- Utilisation and co-ordination with Savills industry leading GIS database teams
- Production of Books of Reference / Schedule of interests
- Accurate estimation of time and cost and delivery within agreed KPIs
- Engagement, liaison and reporting to wider project team
- Recruitment and training of delivery teams**
**Key Skills**

Technical experience:

- Extensive experience in delivering Land Referencing projects on behalf of clients
- Good understanding of necessary IT systems and GIS
Skills and Knowledge:

- Team management experience
- A clear understanding of relevant legislative requirements
- A high level of diligence and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- A personable and engaging manner
- Willingness to assume individual responsibility as part of a wider team.
