We operate three distinct divisions at TF Jones Property Services; Fire Doors, Fire Stopping and Adaptations where we work in active partnership with our clients, to successfully deliver programmes of Fire Safety and Adaptation works.

We care deeply about safety and quality and deliver all work in-house to ensure we maintain the high-quality end product we pride ourselves on.

We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to join our Project Coordinating team based at our site in St Helens.

Working within our busy Fire Safety (Joinery) team, on contracts in the North-West, this is a great opportunity to be part of a successful close-knit team, ensuring our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

**The role**
- Extensive administrative support to the division
- Liaising with residents regarding the progress of the job
- Liaising with clients regarding project status, providing updates on progress using mainly cloud based systems and Microsoft Excel
- Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Producing purchase orders for materials
- Ordering materials
- Arranging site visits
- Production of project packs, containing key project data
- Other basic administrative duties as required

- Strong MS Office skills
- Ideally, have experience within an office environment
- Have a positive attitude and a proactive approach towards health and safety
- Be a team player and willing to support the broader Project Coordinating team as required
