To support the business in ensuring all purchase orders are acknowledged & received within set expectations, including all system administration & purchasing of product/material according to requirement & demand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing supplier communications, and address any issues with costs, services lead-times etc.
- Updating the system with acknowledgements from suppliers’ information accordingly.
- Challenge when the acknowledged promise date exceeds date required & inform accordingly.
- Ensure all reports are run and orders expedited in line with business requirements, and promise dates achieved.
- Update system of changes to orders placed and advise relevant persons of the changes.
- Part creates for new items not set on the system.
- Caretaking of the data, updating according to rule management.
- Management of product lead times on items within the system.
- Ensuring all system data is accurate.
- Working With Warehouse / Stock Control resolve Goods in Discrepancies.
- Resolve any invoice queries accounts admin are unable to promptly & accurately.
- Returns of goods to suppliers.
- Placing purchase orders by request or according to demand.
- Ensure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groups, to stay current within your role, looking to innovate always.
- Maintain a positive & solution-oriented approach to work, providing open & honest feedback.
- In all internal & external contact, present a professional & positive image of the Group as well as maintaining mutually constructive, positive, & beneficial relationships.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.
- Undertake such other duties, training &/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, & which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
