Night Luggage Porter

**Salary: £24,000 per annum + Generous Service Charge** **Working Hours: 5 Nights/Week on a 5/7 Rota Basis**

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Porter to join our world-class 5-star hotel located in the prestigious Knightsbridge area.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Handle late-night check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- **Security Oversight**: Conduct regular patrols to maintain the safety and security of the hotel premises.
- **Guest Assistance**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and information during the night shift.
- **Emergency Response**: Be the first point of contact in case of emergencies, following established protocols and ensuring the safety of guests and colleagues.
- **Public Area Maintenance**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of public areas meet our high standards.
- **Contribute to a Positive Guest Experience**: Collaborate with the team to uphold the hotel's commitment to exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work a 5/7 rota, including weekends and holidays.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic computer skills for handling night-time check-in/check-out procedures.
- **Initiative**: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
