**Administrator**

At Ocean Recovery we offer private alcohol rehab & drug addiction rehabilitation services to individuals based throughout the country. **We are looking for a full time administrator to join the team.**

**40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) 9am to 5pm**

**£20,800 to £22,880 per annum dependent on experience**

**Purpose**

To provide administrative support in the areas of Finance, HR, Purchasing & Facilities Management

**Accountability**

Accountable to the Registered Manager and Senior Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- To be accountable for the centres administrative procedures and to ensure all administrative duties are carried out in accordance with the established procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare new starter personnel files including referencing, DBS and terms and conditions of employment.
- Maintain employee personnel files and information in accordance with company procedures including, sickness, holiday records and training records.
- Jointly oversee site file requirements
- Liaise with payroll with invoices, timesheets, starters and leaver information.
- Maintain centre logs and archiving
- Organise staff meetings and prepare minutes as necessary.

**Essential criteria**
- Extensive administration experience
- Good IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Experience of managing a busy and diverse workload
- Confidence to work on own initiative
- Strong team player and inter-personal skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple demands
- Ability to have an appreciation of and work effectively with people from a

diverse background

**Desirable criteria**

1. Administration experience in a healthcare setting

2. Qualification in Business or HR Administration or equivalent.

**Salary**: £20,800.00-£22,880.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
