We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our in-house Construction company,?Property Plus
Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvements services to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire.
As part of our Planned team, we want you to have:?

?A suitable C&G NVQ trade qualification??

Full clean driving licence??

Experience of working at height???

Experience of working within a team??

Multi skilled experience i.e.. completing different trade work, with a primary skill set of

plumbing and tiling

Customer care skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service??

Demonstrate good planning and organisation skills,???
