**Responsibilities include**:

- Place and rescheduling purchase orders using ERP suggestions.
- Support with Inventory Management / levels / stock targets.
- Working closely with overseas team to coordinate with Far East suppliers.
- Working closely with internal customers on delivery and stock levels.
- Negotiating with suppliers to drive cost reduction.
- Management of B & C Class suppliers for chosen commodity.
- Sending RFQ to suppliers and consolidating prices.
- Other tasks from time to time as required by the business

**Required**
- Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel).
- Excellent phone manner.
- Team player.
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a changing environment.
- Previous Supply Chain or Purchasing experience within a manufacturing environment.

**The salary for the Buyer role is paying £26k per annum with lots additional benefits on top**

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
