**About the Role**

You do not need previous experience as full training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team, led by the Production Area Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.

As a Production Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:

- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

**Reward and Benefits**

You will be paid an hourly rate of £11.60, in addition to shift allowance, which as an annual salary is £27,259.81. Your shift pattern will be 3 on 3 off - Days and Nights - 12 Hour Shifts - 6-6, In addition, you will have 2X your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.

As a Production Operative at Refresco Kegworth Operations, you will need to:

- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
- Be positive and energetic, and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
