Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is keen to recruit an additional Financial Planning Administrator to their team. This role will report to the Senior Financial Planning Administrator and involves working closely with the Financial Planning Advisers and Paraplanners in the team.

The role involves (but is not limited to)
- Dealing with Client enquiries, and obtaining information from providers and filing client documents.
- Maintaining client information accurately on the firm’s software
- Administering new clients and the servicing of existing clients.
- Overall support to Advisers and Paraplanners,
- Dealing with new business submission.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual portfolio reviews for clients
- Processing of back-office tasks
- Assisting the Senior Financial Planning Administrator with training new recruits.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with financial regulations.

On offer is an excellent basic salary plus an extensive benefits package.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
