From the point of booking through to installation our personalised consumer journey keeps everyone informed every step of the way.

**Summary of the role**

MPAAS are currently recruiting for a an organised, reliable, and service orientated Warehouse Team Leader to coordinate all daily warehousing activities.

We currently have over 120 field based engineers, on a daily basis a number of requests and stock orders will come into the Warehouse which need to be picked and dispatched in an accurate and efficient manner.

Your role will be to manage a team of Warehouse Operatives to make sure that these tasks are completed on a daily basis.

**Your overarching key responsibilities**
- Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
- Manage stock control-booking stock in and out.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Picking and packing stock
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately
- Coach and motivate employees.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of service provided

**Where you will fit in the Company**

This role will sit within the procurement and logistics department. You will play pivotal role in making sure our field-based operatives are equipped with the correct stock and equipment at all times.

**What we are ideally looking for in you**
- Proven work experience as a warehouse manager
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards and compliance

**The Salary & Terms applicable for this role**
- £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
- Full Time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week
- 31 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays, rising to 33 with service)
- Holiday buy & sell scheme - Purchase up to 5 more days annual leave.
