**Cover supervisor required in Stafford upto £80 per day**
Hays are looking to recruit 3 cover supervisors to work for us on a flexible, ad-hoc basis at our partnership Secondary schools across Stafford and Stone.
Cover supervisors supervise the pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. The cover supervisor's main job is to manage a classroom, ensuring that students remain on task with the work they have been set. No planning,preparation or marking is required. This is more of a class supervisor position and therefore, no formal qualifications are required. However, some experience of working with children is preferred.
Your working hours would typically be between 8:30-3:30pm and you can choose the days you want to work each week. You would be paid on a weekly basis and be able to have a flexible, work life balance with this particular position.
This is a very rewarding position where you will get to know individual schools and have the chance to help make a difference.
