**The role**:
Carnival is looking for a Test Manager, to join our Technology function. The maturity of testing at Carnival will allow you to flourish, broadening your horizons and diversifying your knowledge. This is a great opportunity for a Test Manager who is lookingfor a good level of responsibility and who is keen to grow.

**You will**:

- Be responsible for managing and delivering the testing of diverse, often complex, programmes and projects to support the Carnival cruising business.
- Manage the testing of a portfolio of projects using vendors sited on and offshore or internal team members.
- Build strong relationships to ensure testing is delivered on time, to quality and cost.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

**About you**:
Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most and support us to succeed. Alongside bringing these to the role, you’ll also need:

- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (minimum), or equivalent experience;
- Stakeholder, Partner management and Vendor management;
- Line management experience or experience of leading others;
- Experience of test tools e.g., Jira, Test Rail;
- Responsible for planning and undertaking end-to-end test activities such as test effort estimation, test planning, test script review, defect management, oversee test execution;
- Strong Automation Hands on skills & tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Cypress, TypeScript/JavaScript, Jenkins CI/CD, Azure).
- Hands on Experience of Non-Functional Testing and OAT - Performance, Load, Scalability, DR, Resilience, etc.
