As an employer, we genuinely care about our employees’ wellbeing and this is reflected in the range of benefits that we offer including:
- An excellent contributory pension scheme
- 38 days’ annual leave
- Family leave schemes and a comprehensive range of childcare services
- Cycle loan scheme and discounted bus travel and Season Ticket travel loans
- Membership to a variety of social and sports clubs
- Opportunities for remote working.
More information about working at the School can be found on our jobs page.
**About the roles**
The Blavatnik School of Government has an exciting new opportunity for
**two talented Programme Administrators** to join the School’s Executive Programmes team.
Executive Programmes is a rapidly growing area within the Blavatnik School of Government, which is further expanding over the next few years. The team design and deliver a variety of executive programmes that aim to improve both personal and organisational effectiveness within the public sector. Our suite of programmes has grown significantly over the last two years, and we have an exciting year ahead with more new programmes launching.

Working closely with the Programme Managers, Programme Administrators and the Outreach and Recruitment Manager, you will support the admissions, planning and delivery of online and in-person programmes.
The two roles on offer will each focus on different aspects of executive programme administration - one role focusing on outreach and admissions, with the other focusing on planning and programme delivery. Both roles are fixed-term for two years.
For further details on each position, please consult the relevant job description below.
**About you**
As the role is outward facing, and involves working with internal stakeholders, partner organisations and a diverse range of participants, this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and experience delivering high levels of customer service. Therefore, diplomacy, tact and enthusiasm are essential.
