Local House Builder requires a Quantity Surveyor to join the team
**Your new company**
A local house builder who specialise in bespoke one off builds, based in Aberdeen-shire require a Quantity Surveyor to join their busy growing team.
**Your new role**
As Quantity Surveyor you will control all cost and profit for the company ensuring that the high standards are met and that the customer satisfaction is always the priority.
Working as part of a small team you will report directly to the Managing Director and have control of up to seven builds at any one time.
Based in the office in Aberdeenshire you will need to do site visits on a regular basis to ensure that all targets are being met.

A starting salary of up to £55,000 dependant on experience plus a company electric car, 33 days holiday per year and help to further your education and knowledge through company funding and paid time to attend courses.
