Gateman/labourer

KB Trades are urgently seeking an experienced Gateman/Labourer for ongoing work in Weston Super Mare.

Essential requirements for this role

Valid CSCS Card

PPE

Previous construction site experience - ideally in a Gateman role

Checkable references

Due to the nature of the works and some heavy lifting, you must be physically fit

You must be able to complete paperwork to sign in deliveries

You must be security/health and safety aware and only allow authorised access onto site

You Must be a good communicator, be able to work to instruction and be able to work as part of a large site team *ideally you will have previous experience of using a radio communication system*

Daily duties will include

Monitoring access onto a large construction site, checking personnel are authorised to visit

Checking in deliveries

Unloading deliveries

Site Clearance/Sweeping up

Assisting Trades operatives

and any other duties as directed by the Site Manager

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Weston-super-Mare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
