This Job is based in Blackburn and surrounding areas covering the whole of Lancashire.

This job is on a temporary basis for 2 days a week that would potentially turn into full time permanent.

Job Title: Handy Man

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
- Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Mechanical knowledge to handle various tools and equipment effectively
- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Supervising skills to oversee projects and coordinate with other team members

MUST HAVE FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £12.40-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
