Bar Staff

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve drinks and food to customers
- Prepare and mix a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, specials, and promotions
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bartending experience with knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of food items
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to help out in other areas of the establishment as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
