Part Time Accounts Assistant

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are working with a highly credible & growing business based in Rotherham as they look to appoint a Part Time Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to assist with workload.

Duties & Responsibilities include:
? Process in an accurate and timely fashion all purchase ledger invoices and credit notes

? Investigate and resolve all purchase ledger related queries

? Work with colleagues to ensure all transactions are cleared through goods inwards and inspection in a timely fashion

? Ensure supplier records are accurately maintained and work with Procurement to identify and improve appropriate credit terms and spend related discounts and rebates monitored

? Reconcile supplier statements prior to completion of month end and liaise with colleagues to ensure capture of any resulting accruals

? Provide regular and accurate creditor payment information for inclusion in the cash flow forecasting process

Person Specification:

- Strong Purchase & Sales Ledger background
- Highly self-motivated and exceptional organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Microsoft Office proficient
