I am looking for a Purchase Ledger, on a permanent basis, to work onsite on a rota shift basis (includes early Friday finishes)
You will be responsible to ensure all invoices received are checked and authorised, ensuring all suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
A day in the life, of this role, looks a little like this:
- Match up all purchase invoices correctly with purchase orders.
- Enter all purchase invoices and credit notes on the in house system.
- Set up new suppliers on to the internal system, ensuring all details are loaded correctly.
- Manage cashbooks for the ledger, ensuring all bank statements are posted daily
- BAC run preparation
Experience we are looking for you to bring to the team:
- Previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Payable role
- Strong Excel skills
**Working hours**:
40 hours per week.
Three week rota:
- 1 week - 9.00am - 17.00pm
- 2 weeks - 8.30am - 17.00pm M-T and 8.00am - 14.00pm F
