Position: Emerging Talent Programme Manager - Graduate Programme
Location: Remote with Travel
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

The Emerging Talent Team runs 6 different graduate programmes and over 30 different apprenticeship programmes, to enable us as a business to grow our own talent within DHL Supply Chain. The Team of 6 supports a community of approx. 200 graduates and 300 apprentices at any one time and is connected to every area of the business.

The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Set the strategy for graduate success across DSC to ensure robust operational talent pipelines are created to fulfil critical skill areas across all areas of the business.- Lead on the Future Leaders Graduate programme
- (Placement Matching Process and LM communication likely areas of focus)
- Design, plan and deliver the graduate curriculum to include internal learning and development interventions and qualifications (Supervisory) in budget. Work with the Grad Talent Manager (Functions) on this.
- Manage and deliver the graduate attraction and recruitment campaign, to include demand gathering, forming, and maintaining relationships with attraction partners (both internal and external) and recruiting graduates against business demand - work with the Grad Talent Manager (Functions) and align with Apprentice Team.
- Design and plan key processes including placement matching and offboarding (to include delivering consultations)
- Build a strong reputation in the external marketplace for DHL's graduate programme. This includes though networking, event support and awards.
- Build successful relationships with leadership teams across the business from the Board to Line Managers. Develop robust comms channels within the team and wider business including alignment with the apprentice team and across the functional graduate programmes.- Maintain a focus on graduate wellbeing and support
- Build successful relationships across the business and develop robust comms channels with stakeholders, including but not limited to Quarterly Reviews.
- Be a point of contact for Line Managers and Graduates to seek support, resolve issues and challenges
- Link in with the wider Talent agenda to understand how this impacts the graduate population ie LEADS
- Manage the data of graduates on programmes (internal trackers and HR systems) especially at placement rotations to confirm and placement details, changes of cost centre, LM changes and salary uplifts. Own and update the graduate PowerBI
- Continuous improvement projects.
