- Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.30

**A day in the life of a Marketing Administrator at Spicerhaart**
- Supporting the Marketing team in the delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Supporting our internal customers with their ongoing marketing requirements, working closely with the print team, the digital marketing team and the New Homes & Financial Services Marketing team.
- Building and developing relationships with third party suppliers, such as printers and merchandise suppliers.
- Proof reading materials to ensure consistency across the company.
- Ad hoc marketing requests.
- Assistance with compiling and distributing regular reporting.
- Assistance with organization and administration of content creation, including text and photo/video shoots.

**Essential Skills of a Marketing Administrator**
- Previous administration experience (desirable).
- Working in a marketing department/environment (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and database systems.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Demonstrates the ability to be proactive and creative.
- A self-starter with a thirst for learning.
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Must hold a minimum of C grade GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English & Maths.

**The Finer Details**

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK _(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) _
- We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
