At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
We’re recruiting for a **Safety, Health and Wellbeing (SH&W) Coordinator** to join our central team based in Milton Keynes.
In this role you will provide diligent and methodical administrative support to the SH&W Function. You will be supporting the Central SH&W Team with daily administrative tasks and following the business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling and Reporting.
Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information. You will help to drive and promote all Wellbeing initiatives and programmes across EKFB. You'll also help to collate Wellbeing resources for campaigns and other events.
We expect you to assist with the management of data contained within the EKFB “People Portal”. You will also assist with gathering and interpreting data to produce both internal and external reports.
The role requires you to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders by adopting the most appropriate approach to deal with people and situations. You'll anticipate, respond to and seek to exceed the needs and expectations set out by the organisation.
You must convey accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure mutual understanding.It is essential that you respond positively to changing business circumstances and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.
**About You**:
***- Strong administration background
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
Excellent Organisational skills
Good Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
Good communicator with excellent grammar
Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C Maths and English
