We are a multi disciplined contractor based in Shropshire providing:
Tanks & Fuel oil services

Environmental & Spill response services

Civils, Groundwork’s & Site services

across England & Wales to a wide variety of customers including commercial, Defence & Fuel oil industries

Due to year on year growth & the expansion of our in-house divisions, we are looking for experienced individuals / gangs to join us and assist with delivering our civils & groundworks capabilities.

**The roles we have available are**:

- **Working Foreman / supervisor**:

- **Skilled operatives (Plant / Labourers)**

The successful individuals / gangs will carry out Civils & groundwork tasks on various projects which range from Tank & Fuel Forecourt installations on Commercial & Defence sites to Contaminated land groundworks & site decommissioning on domestic & commercial sites.

**The successful individuals / gangs will have experience from some or all of the following skills**:

- Excavations, Grading & Earthworks
- Concrete
- Kerbing
- trenching & utilities
- Drainage works (Surface and foul)
- Landscaping & surfacing

**Additional tasks as a working foreman / supervisor**
- Ensuring Levels & setting out markings are monitored and met
- Ensuring Rams & Permits are signed & compliant prior to works (Issued by OTIS Project Manager or Client AP).
- Liasing directly to the OTIS Site / Project managers to assist with coordinating required materials, plant & equipment in addition to assisting with project tasks and ensure programme requirements are met.
- Ensuring the safe standards of work are met & complied with.

There is opportunity to undertake training & expand on these roles to grow your own skillset within the company and become multi disciplined including:

- Additional Plant operations, equipment & HGV training
- Site supervisor & management training (SSSTS & STSMS)
- Project / Contracts management
- Health & Safety, First Aid, Confined spaces, Asbestos
- Fuel & Environmental services training(Spill Response, Remediation systems, Pipework & Fuel systems)

**Additional Details**:

- You will be operating out of our North Shropshire HQ so ideally you'd live within a suitable travelling distance to the HQ (Approx 45 minutes radius).
- Some projects may require work away / overnight accommodation & boarding (provided by company).
- Salary is ranging and dependant on experience & agreed working hours. (Nominal Monday to Friday - 40 to 50 hours per week)
- Additional overtime / bonus for out of hours / weekend work is available.
- UK Driving License and valid CSCS card is expected (Expired Plant & SSSTS / SMSTS tickets can be renewed)
- Works vehicle, Tools & PPE is provided

- Monday to Friday
