Your Mission:
**As a Technical Consultant, you'll step into the role of an IT maestro for our valued clients. You'll forge enduring relationships and collaborate on strategic decisions regarding their IT infrastructure. This entails**:

- Serving as the go-to resource for our Helpdesk team.
- Crafting comprehensive IT roadmaps to guide client development and maintenance endeavors.
- Pioneering innovative avenues to introduce cutting-edge technologies to our clients.
- Strategizing and executing an array of technology projects, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client expectations.
- Crafting various client-facing documents, including Reviews, Proposals, and Plans, to present effective solutions to any challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A minimum of 12 months of hands-on experience in IT consultancy and a robust 3-year background in IT support.
- Proven track record in delivering projects leveraging the Microsoft 365 Platform and Microsoft Azure.
- Exceptional troubleshooting prowess coupled with extensive knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, Anti-virus, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Proficiency in server hardware installation, operating systems, and hypervisors.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication aptitude, enabling seamless interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A relentless drive for personal development and a passion for growth.
