**ACCOUNT DIRECTOR**
Major Players have partnered with an industry leading communications agency to help source an Account Director. This hire will be pivotal to the growth of a key client within the retail space. We're looking for someone capable of straddling both client managementand account growth with hands on project delivery. The agency are at the forefront of employee engagement and deliver an end to end service for their clients from campaign/project planning and strategy development, right through to the execution of live/virtual/hybridevents that pack a punch

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Account Management - We're looking or an Account Director used to establishing and building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that the agency are the business of choice for all their client's internal comms campaigns and projects.
- Project delivery - Account Directors in this agency will lead the charge from a project delivery perspective. We're looking for creative and strategic thinkers that will be able to add value at every stage of a live campaign. You'll be a natural leader,used to managing multiple projects at any one-time ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to budget.
- Finance Management - We're looking for someone financially astute with demonstrable experience managing large scale budgets. You'll be adept and tracking, reporting and communicating between divisions utilising finance management platforms.
- Business Development - Existing account growth is at the heart of this role and we're looking for a pitch delivery expert, who is as comfortable presenting pitch winning presentations as they are hand-holding a client through the delivery of their projectsthereafter.
- People Management - This role will see you responsible for the day to day management, leadership and development of a team of account handlers. We're looking for someone to lead from the front who can inspire and motivate individuals by providing clarity,structure and support.

- Leadership and motivation skills are a must. We're looking for someone to be confident in their decisions, while also being able to listen, collaborate and be empathetic to others.

**SALARY**
- **Salary: £50,000p/a**
