**Role - Graduate Electrical Engineer**

**Location - Luton**

**Salary - circa. £25,000**

**Permanent Contract**

The company is a well-established manufacturer and distributor of electrical products, including wiring accessories, circuit protection, safety alarms and residential/commercial lighting. The products are specified by many Housing Developers and are distributedthrough electrical wholesalers as well as retailers.

**Job Purpose**:
This role is varied, involving many aspects around sourcing, and importing products from 3rd party factories, and includes the following supporting functions:

- Documentation of quality standards and regulations
- Assisting with product quality reviews and managing product improvements with the factories
- Handling supplier audits
- Product sustainability and carbon footprint awareness, with green initiatives to reduce packaging

**What we are looking for**:

- Graduate from an Electrical discipline
- A methodical, organised individual with an attention to detail
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- An appreciation of manufacturing processes is useful
