They are looking for a Stock and Product Administrator to join their small and successful team.You will be working closely with management in a crucial support role to their business. This is an office based role, and does not involve remote working.
Key elements of this Stock and Product Administrator role include but are not limited to:

- Collating and maintaining spreadsheets, and updating product codes
- Using MS Excel to collate product ranges, schedule deliveries in and out
- forecasting and planning
- Order processing, completing customer new line forms and forwarding any information required by customers
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries, and ensuring database updated
- Assisting with arranging transport for deliveries including creating documentation
- Assisting departments with various analysis and reports as and when required
A successful Stock and Product Administrator will have the following attributes to fit in with this business:

- Good Excel skills are crucial for this role - including Pivot tables and Vlookups
- A high level of accuracy is required for this role
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as FMCG would be advantageous
