Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, Hybrid working, 3 days in the office 2 days WFH office days could be either be our Tonbridge Office or Sittingbourne office

COOK is a pioneering frozen food company, since 1997 we’ve been making remarkable food for your freezer, prepared by hand at our Kitchens in Kent and Somerset (puddings) using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. To produce and distribute accurate weekly reports for the kitchens to the operational leaders and regular KPI reporting. Analsye the performance and suggest improvements. To look at the existing reports and processes and suggest how they can be improved. To assist in the period end processes and reporting as well as the annual budgeting process.

To support the manufacturing team and produce additional analysis as and when required.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Typical tasks will include but not limited to; designing and artworking display materials for our shops and concessions; adverts; artworking signage for retail spaces and creating digital design assets. You’ll work alongside the wider team to contribute ideas and help shape creative campaigns. You will also be responsible for compiling and designing the weekly internal newsletter, The COOK Telegraph.

**Good to have**
- Graphic design degree or equivalent
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite - particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Multi-talented, this role requires you to work on all areas of the brand including print and digital
- Eagerness to both learn and contribute; collaborative approach, be open to ideas and feedback from others,
- Ability to grasp the visual framework of COOK's brand, with the aid of our Brand Guidelines;
- Strong skills in layout, typography and idea generation with a passion for illustration and hand-craft.
- Strong attention to detail and care, to ensure we deliver quality in everything we do and design solutions that feel distinctly COOK.
- Ability to work to tight briefs and deadlines
- Similar to a sponge in disposition; soaks up the external design world through books, blogs, magazines and more‿
- A passion for food definitely helps.
