Residential Children's Worker

An unqualified staff member will receive a salary of between £25,500 and £31,000 per annum (average salary for a an unqualified staff member is currently circa £25,700) inclusive of allowances and bonus. Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker which attracts a salary of circa £27.5k inclusive of allowances & bonus which is easily achievable within 2 years.

We provide comprehensive training for all new staff and as an unqualified staff member you will be required to complete an appropriate level 3 diploma within your first two years of employment or if you are already qualified and wish to move to the next stage then we provide the necessary training and qualifications to become the next manage.
