boxee group officially launched in January 2020 (great timing ), we’re a small healthcare market research agency working with a variety of healthcare brands and different pharmaceutical companies across the globe.

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR.**

we’re looking for what we call a graduate associate.

we feel this is going to be someone who is new to the world of market research, having either just graduated from university (although having a degree really isn’t a must) or has fancied a bit of a career change - we’re of the strong opinion skills can be taught, it’s the attitude that counts.

someone who likes to work in a fast paced work environment and likes juggling lots of different things (metaphorically but literally speaking would be cool, too).

you’d be perfect if you like throwing ideas around, being forward thinking, like inputting into decisions no matter how big or small, being challenged and pushed beyond your comfort zone.

we’re not looking for someone too corporate (it’s just not us) nor someone who likes doing things because it’s always been done that way. we want someone who will push boundaries.

**THE POSITION.**

we’re still a start-up, so you’ll be involved in the entirety of the operational ongoings of boxee group, helping with market research activities - writing proposals, pitching, running projects, moderation (talking to doctors and patients directly - interviewing them), analysis, debrief writing as well as presentation and client management - creating & tweaking company policy, business development, marketing, human resources, understanding day-to-day financehowever, we’re also keen on you taking a lead on where you feel your strengths and interests lie, helping to shape your role and the business with us.

**WORKING HOURS / SETTING.**

we have an office in Central London - you’ll find us there most days of the week, and we feel someone just starting out on their market research journey would want to absorb as much stuff from real life people as possible, so hope we’re looking for someone who’d like to come into the office most days of the week too.

we are flexible though. so working from home is totally cool too one day+ a week.

the existing team tends to start at 10am and finish at 16:00 every day.

travel to clients and central location days both in the UK and outside the UK will be required depending on project needs. normal market research work, as you may or may not already know.

we have a strong mentorship programme - you’ll be directly working alongside company owners which we feel will help you excel in your career and fast (if you want to go fast) - as well as the wider team who will support you in your day to day role. a direct line manager will also have your back beyond project work.

**SALARY.**

we’re offering you a salary of £25,000 a year, before tax.

alongside the standard statutory employment benefits such as employer pension contributions after 3 months of employment as well as providing you with a phone/laptop, and a ‘boxee starter pack’ containing everything you’ll need to succeed.

**ANNUAL LEAVE.**

we are normally closed for UK public holidays though, and christmas as well as between christmas and new years.
