Melissa Berry Estates is a small independent sales and lettings agency which is based in the centre of Prestwich and run under the daily supervision of the owner. We have been established over 30 years and pride ourselves on having a terrific team and also providing an excellent service to all our clients, which our reviews will testify.

We are now looking to further improve on our team with the appointment of a ‘Good all round estate agency person’, perhaps not the normal job title you would expect, but it gives you the idea of the sort of person we are looking for.

Two days are never the same in estate agency and your role will include the following:

- Arranging and confirming appointments for valuations and viewings
- Arranging and obtaining feedback from viewings
- Accompanying viewings for both sales and rental properties
- Accepting offers, qualifying buyers and processing through to ‘sale agreed’
- Chasing sales progression in a timely and professional manner
- Carrying out property inspections on rental properties
- Offering an efficient, proactive and high level of customer service to all clients
- Creating rapport and building relationships with all new and existing clients
- Responsible for the maintenance and updating of the electronic diary and software as and when necessary
- A good understanding of the residential sales and lettings market
- The ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- A good level of education particularly in English & Maths
- Full driving license with own car
- Self motivated, ambitious and with a passion to succeed

In return we are offering a very attractive salary package with bonus, (dependent on experience), 25 days holidays per annum and the opportunity to work in a very friendly environment.
