**Duties for the position of TEMPORARY Credit Controller**:

- Resolving queries and updating the query log, obtaining approvals for credit notes
- Maintaining Excel files - Spreadsheets/V lookups/Pivot tables
- Preparing daily/weekly reports for customers and Management team
- Account reconciliations
- Preparing and allocating of payments received for multiple invoices
- Balancing the cash book for the previous day
- Confirm receipt of all EDI invoices with Customers
- Setting up New Accounts/Delivery Addresses
- Taking card payments over the phone using the online portal***

**Experience required for the position of Credit Controller**:

- Minimum 12 months experience in Credit Control and Query resolution
- Handling a large volume of accounts
- Experience in account reconciliation/Query resolution is advantageous
- Good attention to detail/Accuracy for allocating large payments/Account reconciliation
- Experience in query resolution/Proactive approach

This is a temporary, full time position for 3 months working through Midas Recruitment

Working hours are Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
