We are looking for a Generalist Adviser to join our frontline team at Oxford’s Central Library - on Monday and/or Wednesday afternoons and Fridays. You will primarily be helping clients referred from earlier drop in sessions. You need to be confident to work independently and with remote supervision.

You will be busy dealing with a full range of issues from debt and benefits to housing and immigration. You will be making referrals to food banks, identifying unclaimed benefits or carrying out initial debt assessments. In short, you will be making a real difference to people’s lives every day.
