Area to be covered: London
Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Assistant Project Manager - Cladding & Facades will involve:
- Assistant Project Manager position dealing with various cladding and roofing systems; rain screen, built up, metal sheeting, metal profile, glazing, curtain walling
- Managing all site operatives and sub-contractors
- Organise all plant and material orders / deliveries to site
- Ensure that works are completed safely and to the requirements
- Assist with the preparation of method statements, RAMS and H&S documents
- Attend inspects and quality control surveys
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Prepare all handover documents for the installation team
- Attend site meetings where required
The ideal applicant will be Assistant Project Manager - Cladding & Facades with:
- Must have Construction Management (Site Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager) experience
- Ideally will have roofing / cladding / facades experience
- Must be confident individual with excellent communication skills
- Must be an outgoing character who will be an integral part of the team
- IT literate in Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Effective time management and organisational skills
