Sales Operations Executive - Slough

**Salary**: up to £28,000 depending on experience + bonus
Hours: Mon
- Fri, 9am-5.30pm, hybrid role where you work part of the week from home
The company
My client are a successful technology distribution business based in Slough, with a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Operations Executive to join their team.
The business has experienced rapid growth in recent years and are seeking an operations-focussed person to join their exciting business, to continue to be able to provide a 5-star service to their clients.
Roles and responsibilities of the Sales Operations Executive:
*To support the sales department by processing orders and organise and prioritise communications from customers.
*To access customer ordering portals and book deliveries.
*To provide administrative support to sales team as required by keeping them informed of customer order status.
*To communicate important feedback from customers internally and highlight potential issues.
*To work with Logistics team to ensure deliveries are booked and fulfilled on time.
*To liaise with Marketing and Field team where required to fulfil customer requirements
*Work with Sales and Logistics to create a seamless customer experience.
*Processing of incoming orders from existing customers.
*Onboard new customers and integrate with internal systems.
*Create and manage customer records for active accounts.
*Liaise with Marketing and Field team to service customer requirements.
Skills & experience required:

- Experience in an operations or sales focussed position
- Educated to degree level would be advantageous but is not essential
- An enthusiastic, customer-focussed nature and good telephone manner
- IT literate with programmes such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, using a database etc.
- Ideally based within a commutable distance to Slough as you will be based in the office 2-3 days per week
In return for your hard work:

- You will be paid a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience
- You have the opportunity to earn bonus of an additional £2800 per year (10% of annual salary)
- You will get 33 days holiday including bank holidays
