CSCS Card required

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and guide the movement of vehicles and equipment on construction sites
- Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow within the site
- Communicate with equipment operators and drivers to coordinate movements
- Use hand signals, radios, or other communication devices to relay instructions
- Monitor blind spots and potential hazards to prevent accidents
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Maintain clear and effective communication with site supervisors and team members

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively relay instructions to drivers and equipment operators
- Strong situational awareness to identify potential hazards and prevent accidents
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Good physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform manual tasks
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with construction site operations and equipment
