BardWood Support Services are recruiting for Traffic Marshall who will be based at the
inland border force in Ebbsfleet. We are looking for traffic marshall with a trustworthy attitude,
attentiveness and especially approachable as you will be assisting people and vehicles on
and off site.

Main duties:

- Comply with AI’s and risk assessments
- Ensure you are following policies and procedures
- Monitor the site and accurately update the system
- Deal with hauliers and members of the public
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols

**Requirements**:

- Be a team player
- Be prepared to work outdoors
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have 5 year checkable work history and 3 year minimum residency criteria

Shift pattern:4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
12 hours shifts
Pay rate: £10.10
