**About the Role**

You will be responsible for the input and maintenance of all master data in all relevant IT systems to permit effective purchasing, manufacture and despatch of our products. You will report directly to our Technical Systems Manager and will be part of a team of eight people.

**As a Technical Administrator, here are your key areas of focus**:

- Maintenance and development of the computer-based quality management system utilised across the production facility
- Creation and maintenance of finished goods specification and quality standards, in accordance with new products and change management requests
- Creation and maintenance of product master data and relevant bills of materials for all finished goods, raw materials and packaging in our warehousing systems and technical database, ensuring sufficient and accurate information is available for the smooth operation of manufacturing, material management and planning
- Creation and maintenance of production recipes and specification data within relevant systems
- Maintenance of multiple MS Access-based databases

**About You**

You will have excellent analytical skills and be numerate, computer literate and be adept at data inputting. Ideally you will have experience in an FMCG, manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment, particularly within food/drinks production.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week, and we have free, onsite parking. In addition, we offer an annual bonus incentive, a good company pension scheme, 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays) and access to a sports and social fund.
