Custom Covers (1984) Ltd is a second generation family-owned manufacturing company established in 1984.

The company manufactures goods for the marquee, events, and industrial sectors.

Since the pandemic the company has firmly established itself as one of the leading suppliers to these sectors.
- Fulfil dispatch dates for customer orders in the hire department.
- Pick and pack correct items, for customer orders.
- Maintain detailed records of items shipped to and returned by, customers.
- Receive in customer’s orders when returned.
- Check, clean and launder if required retuned items.
- Label, pack and store retuned items.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- To help the stores and production department when needed.

**Working hours: 39hrs per week**
- 8.30hrs - 16.30hrs (Mon-Thurs)
- 8.30hrs - 15.30hrs (Friday)

Overtime and weekend working will be available during the busier periods.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn all skills required.
- Previous experience is not essential but will be viewed favourably.
- Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential.

**Compensation**:

- Annual Bonus scheme after 1 complete year of service.
- On-site training is given to all employees.
- Government requirements for holiday entitlement are met but the company also increases that entitlement based on years of service.
- A Government approved stakeholder pension scheme is available to all employees.

**Structure**:

- The Hire department has a working Supervisor as the first level of contact, who will then report to Assistant Manager/Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
