Our client, a well-established Independent Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their expanding team in Swansea.

This is a great opportunity to take a step up in your career.

**Working hours**:
As a Sales Valuer you'll be required to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm including 1 in 2 Saturdays (Day off in lieu).

**The successful Sales Valuer will be offered**:

- £19,500 - £21,000 basic
- £40,000 OTE
- Company Car
- 5-day working week

**To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have**:

- Previous Property experience
- Full UK driver’s license
- Highly motivated and driven
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Very well organised at all times
- Proven track record of being a top performer

**Key tasks of a Sales Valuer will include, btu will not be limited to**:

- Going out and winning new business
- Carrying out viewings
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Driving business forward
- Working well independently and within a team
- Arrange and carry out Market Appraisals
- Driving business forward and hitting targets
