As a Barista, you will be friendly and welcoming to all guests and passionate about creating exceptional experiences. Your role will grow with your experience, but you can expect to be running our busy coffee machine during busy weekend breakfast/brunch, serving across the bar counter and delivering guests happiness.

Experience in a similar role would be ideal, but if you have a passion for coffee, food and drink and enjoy creating happiness, we will invest in you and support your continued learning and development.

You will work with a talented and supportive team who are passionate about the incredible local produce and award-winning English wines produced in the surrounding countryside, all striving to go beyond for guests, our team and the community.

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
