Quba Solutions are looking for an administrator to join our Credit Control team of 16, to help support with administrative tasks, bank postings and reconciliations, and the overall management of invoicing.
As a Credit Control Administrator for Quba Solutions, you will play a key role in supporting the Credit Controllers to ensure deadlines are met, credit control procedures followed, and tasks are completed within the Credit Control team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily bank postings and reconciliations.
- Allocate cash receipts to invoices.
- Raising invoices.
- Administration support for Credit Controllers.
- Answer queries and aid customers and clients as needed.
Essential Skills / Requirements:
- Desire to learn and gain AAT qualification.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
- Analytical and numerical abilities.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word.
Package:
We’re offering a full-time salary of £21,000 per annum, with access to a fantastic range of employee benefits:
