As a Load Planner you will play a key role in ensuring vehicle routes are planned to allow for on time deliveries. Whether you’re debriefing drivers or managing emergency orders you’ll be a significant strength to Greene King. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00.

**Job Description**:
**Your role as a Load Planner**
- Planning vehicle routes using DiPS software
- Monitor and manage information from the vehicle telematics system
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports to the Transport Manager and Depot Manager
- Monitor staff absence including sickness and holidays
- Respond promptly to route feedback and ensure improvement opportunities are acted upon

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience in working within a transport planning department is essential
- Knowledge of DiPS Transport Planning Software is desirable, however training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills with the proven ability to prioritise workload methodically
- Understanding of Microsoft Office packages
