**The Bull Inn located in the heart of the Cotswolds in a stunning and inspiring location is looking for Part-time and Full Time Bartenders**
**Salary**: £12ph + dependant on experience + tronc

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and take orders making recommendations as needed.
- Mix, prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent service to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and organised the bar area including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, glasses and arranging the bar according to standards.
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers, ensuring responsible service and compliance
with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure all customers are of legal drinking age and verify identification as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
**Qualifications**:
- English is essential.
- Previous bartending experience in a pub or similar environment.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their
preparation.
- Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary licenses or certifications
required by local laws and regulations.
**Physical Demands**:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as cases of beer or wine.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and work in a confined space.
