**Responsibilities**
- **Venue Coordination**:
- Oversee the preparation for events.
- Coordinate with venue management to ensure all logístical requirements are met.
- **Supplier Management**:
- Identify and manage relationships with suppliers for event-related services, products and documents.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all supplier-provided items.
- **Deliveries**:
- Schedule and manage the delivery of event materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Verify the accuracy and condition of delivered items.
- **Cleaning Staff Coordination**:
- Organize and supervise cleaning staff to ensure venues are maintained before, during, and after events.
- Ensure cleaning standards meet the required health and safety regulations.
- **Ordering**:
- Place orders for event supplies.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary items are available for events.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
- Develop and manage event timelines and agendas.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Post-Event Analysis**:
- Provide recommendations for future events based on analysis and client feedback.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Availability**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
