**Job Title**:

**The Role**:

- To support and direct managers.
- To give advice on disciplinary matters and issues of employment law and ensure that the necessary information is available and filed in line with procedures. To assist in disciplinary issues where required and ensure there is consistency across the whole site.
- To deal with maternity/paternity and parental leave.
- Organising and managing training requirements
- To support the direct and indirect labour recruitment process.
- To issue contracts of employment.
- To update and maintain all personnel records and computerised systems including personnel and time and attendance systems and ensure that information held is correct.
- To ensure information is passed to payroll in a timely manner.
- To document and analyse information on absenteeism and headcount and produce weekly and monthly management information.
- To update and ensure that colleagues are correctly positioned on the headcount and ensure that they are correctly costed.
- To co-ordinate labour and ensure that invoices and timesheets are processed and signed.
- To ensure that any changes to terms and conditions of employment are correctly documented.
- Administration related to internal and external requirements.
- Dealing with occupational health.
- Manage and maintain the induction process.
- Raising purchase orders where necessary.

**Specific Knowledge and Experience**
- A knowledge of computerised systems, Windows-based and Excel packages.
- A knowledge of HR systems

- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Friendly, professional attitude

This a straight to permanent role for the right person.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,165.37-£26,000.00 per year

- Droitwich, WR9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD 3 to 5 (required)
