Elms Landscapes are seeking a trainee horticulturalist to work for our growing company.

Elms Landscapes is based in Rutland and works locally with a 20 miles radius predominately. We are an award winning company. We pride ourselves on our excellent attention to detail, promising each client that we will deliver 'perfection' in their gardens. There will be opportunity to attend college to gain relevant qualifications.

The role would include:

- Maintenance of both commercial and domestic gardens including:

- hedge cutting
- grass cutting
- border maintenance
- new border creation
- planting schemes
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
- A keen interest in horticulture
- A passion for working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes
- A very keen eye for details
- Be very self-motivated and have a positive, 'can do' attitude
- Driving licence is desirable as a van would be provided for work use during the working day

The role is full time, salary dependent on experience, 28 days holiday and a pension contribution in line with government regulations.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour break
