Lettings Negotiator

West Wales Home Rentals are looking for a high energy and driven individual to join our expanding team. You will be required to maintain the exceptionally high standards we pride ourselves on, while pushing the business forward to expand and grow even further. Lettings or Estate agency experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary as we are looking for the right personality and a '‘ can do’ attitude to join us. You will be required to work towards professional qualifications whilst undertaking this role, with the full support of the company.

Your key roles will include:

- Dealing with all incoming calls as appropriate
- Applicant care in line with company procedures
- Efficiently deal with Landlord, Tenant,
- Visiting properties available and advising on key legal matters
- Arranging maintenance and upgrading works for rental or marketing
- Registering applicants on the phone and from walk-ins
- Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing excellent rapport with applicants
- Feedback to Landlords and Vendors, Tenants and Applicants following viewings
- Matching of applicants and applicant call outs
- Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork
- Prepare new properties for marketing
- Preparing property particulars, arranging EPC’s and floor plans/photography/360 digital tours
- Preparing window cards
