**Role Overview**:
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. Straumann Group are looking for a Digital Marketing and Education Communications Manager to plan, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing activities across all digital channels.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Digital Marketing Communications Manager will work with the Product Manager to implement the Brand, Product and Events & Education marketing strategies.

The Digital Marketing and Education Communications Manager will be required to manage multiple projects and manage the marketing communications process throughout the customer journey, from lead generation to advocacy, promoting our educational courses and driving our customers to our courses and events to increase their knowledge and clinical abilities.
- Support development and execution of online digital and social marketing activity and communication related to and in line with related marketing campaigns and product information.
- Work with the Product Manager to assist in the development of key campaigns associated with key strategic product launches, courses and events across the UK developing brand awareness.
- Developing social listening campaigns allowing us to gain greater insight into competitor activities.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against product goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

**Role Summary**:
This position requires a combination of strategic marketing, tactical planning and digital communication skills. Possession of strong analytical and technical skills will be a prerequisite for success in this role.
Strong communication skills will be required as this role will assist in the development of targeted, customer specific campaigns aimed at one or a combination of competitor accounts, existing accounts and new/prospective active accounts with a particular focus on our education pathways.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement and adjust the content strategy accordingly.
- Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase reach, and achieve specific conversion goals including but not limited to course registrations.
- Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage course, webinar listings and registrations on our existing digital platforms, automate confirmation, reminder and post course communications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing and Educations Communications Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engaging and growing an online community.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Insights, and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
